“They Googled Me” By Elder Rickard Jean-Noel

During my professional career I’ve worked in the New York City #DSS Shelter system for a total of 7 years. I started my career as a “Housing Specialist” and made my way to “Director of Social Services “ before leaving shelters altogether. During my time there I was also developing spiritually and I started as a church deacon and made my way to “Ordained Elder”. Never would I think that the two paths would come together in the way that it did but through God all things are possible. With the help of @therealwordministriesinc and @francohaitianyouthfed and all of our supporters, we have been able to feed thousands of people in the last 7 years and helped to change the lives of countless individuals. This is the real word that touches and while doing the work you have no idea who’s watching, listening , and being inspired. Special shoutout to Ms. Witter for always keeping me on my toes and reminding me of the mission. Reminding me of my purpose and helping me not get distracted. God is good. Thank you 🙏🏾👑🇭🇹

In closing, we are dedicated as babies, baptized as teenagers , married at middle age, and our funerals before being buried all happen in same place. Therefore it made sense to do a thorough investigation in the different matters. After review we see the point that we must improve, we have obtained the knowledge and wisdom to do different, and now we just have to put it all into practice. “Baptism And The Miseducation” The Spiritual Malpractice Series Part2.

Religion misunderstood in any context is poison. When this miseducation is spread, it then becomes detrimental to the people that it’s being preach to. To many times we hear that the youth is uneducated or miseducated when it comes to the word and when it comes to the practice.

The sad truth is that there’s people clocking into church every week that are unable to defend their faith, express and share the word, or even bring others in.

We have a large group of pastors and preaching preach nonsense and then the following week someone comes in and preach another set of foolishness and the people are left confused and empty.

It’s time we stop the blind leading the leading and find the true. Those that are not with it watch out. This is the reset. 🙏🏾👑

“The Hidden Abuse” The Spiritual Malpractice Series Part 1.

Who takes accountability for the hidden abuse in our homes or churches? Why do we put the image and the establishment over the people majority of the time? Why are the most vulnerable amongst us, the least protected and the most often times abused?

This message was preached 5 years ago and I was able to finally put it out today. We should stand together and protect all people from any form of abuse, especially protect our children. Anyone that abuses anyone should be held accountable for their actions by the church and by a court of law.

On the other hand no one should be able to falsely accuse anyone to attack their reputation and their character. We have unfortunately seen this also occur too many times. A claim of sexual abuse based upon no fact or evidence should not be held against someone, for that in itself is a form of abuse and it too can be brought before a court. The is called defamation of character and claim can be brought forward.

False claims also make it hard for real victims to have a voice.

“Judging By His Practice” By Elder Rickard Jean-Noel

They quick to point out my fault in order to dismiss my impact, influence, and achievements. They are quick to point all of my failures, by downplaying my accomplishments. They want to judge my practice, meanwhile they have never participated in any actions for the advancement of our people, creed, or culture.

I understand their frustrations and insecurities.

- I was ordained before many because I’m not ordinary and nor are my accomplishments and contributions. The lord has chosen to do many miracles through me.

- they judge me because of my physical appearance and my past, however it was due to my experiences and background that I am this effective. I’m able to do what they cannot and go where they cannot and do the work efficiently.

- the want to judge me based on my failures such as my divorce, but even while in my struggles and hardships, I was able to lead and uplift others, motivate the people, and meet the needs of the community both domestically and internationally. “Leading while bleeding”. 🩸

- they want to deem me ignorant and if they could they would say I’m a fraud. However the degrees, certifications, awards, and merits tell a different story that is now engraved in history.

Perhaps they would congratulate me upon my death like Martin or Malcom…and because of this gift of discernment I’ve come to the conclusion that many will never be chosen to be part of the team, let alone be able to practice on such a platform.

Therefore all they can do is gossip and judge while I make history before their very eyes. 🙏🏾👑🇭🇹🎩✊🏾
