50 hours in London, 3.37min of those were spend racing. Ready to bring this time down in the next few races🇬🇧🤟🏻

(Winning streak in England has come to an end… P2)

Seems like I’m good at finishing second🥈;)

All jokes aside
I wanna thank myself.
Last 6 months were challenging to say the least. Moving back to Tilburg and leaving my life in Arnhem behind, writing my own programs and doubting all the choices that come with it, showing up and putting in the work while no one was there, dragging myself out the door to do sessions that felt impossible to do without training partners. And most importantly trying to motivate myself again each day.

It has been a mental battle that I refused to lose time and time again. Even though this story only has a silver coating, I am more hungry than ever to prove things to myself. taken in FBK Stadion by @rickvanriel_

Life is good if you spend time in Scandinavia🇩🇰

Hoped for a faster time but can’t be too sad with a 3.57 mile.

Back to training now.

Bislett ‘26💎🇳🇴

Not my best race, trying to close gaps killed me. Paid for it heavily in the last lap. Frustrating not to have the legs in a race like this.

Next chance in 2 days🤞🏻

🥈 at this year’s indoor nationals. Great to test the legs in a tactical race. Congrats to a very strong @samuelchapple_
