Berserk Appreciation Post 100th Post Special *NSFW warning* I’ve been holding off showcasing my Zerk boots for a long while and this was the reason why. As many of yall know, Berserk is one of my favorite works of fiction so I had to show it extra love. I definitely need to get some more SK and big homie Puck in the future.. Anyways, shout out to the story of The 100 Man Slayer and Kentaro Miura (RIP), and ofc shout out to the creators that made some great shirts for my rotation. Sorry if I missed some tags, I forgot some tbh but pls lmk so I can edit it. Thanks for looking! “Alien: Desolation” by @puralboots Art by @rfjrt & @purifier.studio NFS It’s about time I showcase a movie boot, which I don’t have many of. I love how the Xenomorph looks like it’s coming out of some sort of comic egg, and how the back hit has this glowing effect without being GITD. Superior work all the way around on this tee. #alien #xenomorph #ridleyscott #70s #ripley by @rickysrotation
“Swingin’ Through” by @zachmerrill_ Art & printing by Zach himself NFS Whether you’ve been following my page since the beginning or you’re fairly new, you know that I love being extra with my showcases. Using props helps build a theme & setting that complements the tees. But this time, it’s genuinely unnecessary. I didn’t want any outside distractions so all of the focus is purely on the hard work that has been put onto this design. I highly recommend checking out his page so you can see how he works, he’s a truly master of his craft. I can’t decide which side I like the most. I love how much Spidey contrasts the front, with MJ being the background but still easy to point out. But then you have the vibrant Sinister Six design on the back. Tbh I didn’t notice Mysterio at the bottom until I saw the shirt in person, so that was a cool discovery for me. Anyways, thanks for looking, and if you got this far, thanks for reading. #spiderman #sinistersix #marvel #90s #aop by @rickysrotation
“Harribel” by @yokai.loom Art by @_surendra_arts NFS The first of the anime/comic crossover designs from YL, we got a ‘97 Lady Death tee flip, featuring the Third Espada. Me being big on comic characters & animanga, I really love seeing stuff like this. If it wasn’t obvious already, the first pic is based off her fight with Toshiro. About time I do a shoot for this tee 😗 #tierharribel #bleach #ladydeath #anime #comics by @rickysrotation
“Cletus” by @uncle.bens.garage Art by @shikabane.2 NFS I was gonna wait to post this another day, but this shit too nice for that. The Travis Bickle & Cletus Kasady crossover was a smart choice, with the two of them being nut jobs. If you haven’t seen Taxi Driver, get on that. Such a great film. #carnage #cletuskasady #marvel #taxidriver #robertdeniro by @rickysrotation
“Peeping Perv” by @project.waifu PW was the first to reply to my story yesterday so he gets first dibs. (Sorry to the others). Anyways, it’s nice to showcase a Naruto tee finally, let alone Tsunade who I rarely see. Jiraiya peeking from above is the cherry on top to this design lmao #naruto #tsunade #jiraiya #5thhokage #pervysage by @rickysrotation
“Love Affairs” by @deadstockluis NFS Peter with his main girl & side chick on this beautiful print. The art pops so well it looks like it came straight out of a comic. #spiderman #blackcat #maryjane #marvel #peterparker by @rickysrotation
Elektra HU flip by @uncle.bens.garage Art by @yurillustrationzzz Ms. Natchios on the dark red blank is a such a perfect combo. It’s nice to get an Elektra boot since I don’t see too many of them. #elektra #daredevil #marvel #hookups #comics by @rickysrotation
“Diamonds Are Forever” by @heaven.ova Art by @eko_gruffyanto NFS A diamond tiered boot is definitely what this boot is. The vintage route of the design was the best choice that could’ve been made and the artwork in general could be put up in museum. Incredible work as always from this duo. #emmafrost #xmen #xmen97 #90s #marvel by @rickysrotation
“Black Magic” & “Spidey Wizard” by @whitegoldindustries NFS The famous Wizard Spidey drawn by Todd McFarlane that first appeared on Wizard: The Comics No. 1 gets a nice print on a T, alongside a symbiote variant. These are both wicked cool, and they arrived just in time for Halloween. WG told me to cook, so I did 👨‍🍳 I hope yall like these as much as I do. #toddmcfarlane #spiderman #wizardspidey #symbiote #halloween by @rickysrotation
Casca x Deftones flip by @silenttees.id & @materielwear NFS Finally in my hands after a delivery mishap 😵‍💫 I’ve seen a handful of Around the Fur album cover flips but this is one of my favorite ones. Especially since it’s hard to find a Casca solo design. The colored manga panel on the back adds a bit more to look at on the shirt. #berserk #casca #goldenage #deftones #aroundthefur by @rickysrotation
“Salvation” CNS smmr 3.5 by @etherealstudios.la NFS Ya boi finally got his hands on a cns tee before they got sold out. The Jesus Christ Pose flip goes so hard and the back hit really brings the whole band tee look together. This blank is damn nice in person. What other Eth tees do you recognize here? 👀 #neongenesisevangelion #nge #soundgarden #anime #90s by @rickysrotation
