Random meal prep post! Center cut bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with a mozzarella cheese, garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil mix. The bed is plain white rice mixed with a splash of sushi seasoning which is a rice vinegar. by @ricosregard

I do be loving this life I’ve created for myself. I love my friends and family! Thank you for all your messages, they mean more than I can express. As nice as it may be, I want to continue getting better in all facets… it’s not easy and sometimes motivation wanes… but I’ll take the wins where I can. Here to another year! by @ricosregard

IG Reels algorithm has me in a chokehold. Pretty fire and just filling enough, packed with protein, and manageable calories. Slight adjustments adding garlic and using miracle whip instead of chipotle. Thinking maybe some bacon? 🤤 @makayla_thomas_fit Thanks! by @ricosregard

New recipe!! Protein focused lasagne… again, blended cottage cheese for the sauce… lean ground beef… probably should get an actual lasagne tray because it doth overfloweth. Delicious either way! by @ricosregard

Odd start to the New Year after coming off what I would consider a successful 2023! Dealing with tendonitis has put a damper on my workout routine. Still going but just a significant scaling back on progress…. However, it’s led to me focusing on new workout-friendly recipes! This is a chicken bacon ranch pasta. Sauce was made with a blended cottage cheese for creaminess and a protein pasta. Tasty! by @ricosregard

What a ride… never expected to make it to Vegas for chance at an amateur championship… never expected my parents to attend… never expected my friends to attend… but it all happened and I would not change it for anything.

Now, I have to fight this nagging feeling that not only do I belong in the championship brackett… I should be on that finals table. we will see what the future holds but this trip was amazing either way. by @ricosregard

Lotta bad babies at the Humane Society last couple of days. The new facility is fantastic! They had success with dog adoptions, so not many to take care of… plenty of cats, though. Mazikeen, the white one and my favorite, was not eating… until I came around and blasted her with love and treats. Super sweet. Hopefully, she continues improving. :) taken in Humane Society of Charlotte by @ricosregard

Was planning to make Char Siu this weekend but then I got Covid… so I made Char Siu fried rice. Probably only enough for a couple of day, it’s so good. :D by @ricosregard
