Walked away with a 4th place finish at the @usacycling Mountain Bike National Championships late last week. Been holding out for photos! Better than last year's 5th, but not the true 1st, 2nd, or 3rd podium spot that I traveled to Nats for. I rode my a$$ off, and set a bunch of wattage & heart rate PR's, so that validated to me how brutal the race was. I'm a bit disappointed, those of you that know me well know how much work I put in, and how hard I am on myself...AND how I feel about participation trophies! That said, coming home with a medal knowing I left it all out there is somewhat satisfying. You can't give any more than 110%!! I'll continue to trust the process and keep pushing. Prep for Roanoke Nats 2025 starts after this rest week! 👊🏻

Huge props to my @stage1cycling / @airlinecycles teammate, @brooksinct, for being my pit crew, feed man and hype man. That dude is 100X more selfless than I could ever be. When he should have been resting, staying off his feet, and focusing on his race, he was out there making sure my race went as smooth as possible. Thank you my friend! 💙💚

Sunday sends at @granitegorgemountainpark absolutely did not disappoint! It's a small little mountain, but it packs a lot of punch. Easy Rider, their flow/jump line just recently opened, so we were treated to some fresh dirt and new lips. We spent the majority of the day in the woods playing on the loamers, some of the most fun lines I've cruised recently. Can't wait to get the crew back together for a Fall session up there. The place has to be absolutely epic during leaf season. Scope out that view! 🤘🏻 #mountainbiking #mtbsends #mtbfreeride #granitegorgemountainpark #stage1cycling #ridetyrant by @ridetyrant

The GMT Halloween Jam was off the friggin' hook...as if it wasn't going to be! Such a fun day in the woods with some of the raddest locals, their families, out of state trail friends, etc. So much food, so much candy. I need a Jenny Craig sponsorship. Photo link in the bio like usual. 👻 #bmx #dirtjumping #gmtrails #trailsrule #ridetyrant by @ridetyrant

Epic Fall weather for a late October heavy session at GMT. All the X-ups, all the trains, all the high fives, and all the fun. The vibe in the woods was next level today! Link to the photos in the bio. #bmxtrails #gmtrails #dirtjumping #ridetyrant by @ridetyrant

After a below freezing start, yesterday ended up being a perfect New England Fall day in the woods! Great to be back at @_g.m.t._ riding & hanging with the crew. As trails season begins to wind down, it's rad to look back at how much progress people have made this year, myself included. Positive reinforcement goes a long way, and the stoke at GMT is always next level... especially when Panda's "Cocaine 80's" mix is playing!🤘🏻Link to the full album in the bio. #bmx #bmxtrails #gmtrails #dirtjumping #ridetyrant by @ridetyrant

Throwin' it back 20 years to a late night fufanu at Harbor Park. I remember how psyched the crew was when some old docks randomly appeared at one of our regular riding spots. This was one of many set-ups we constructed that week, but of course everything got torn down and taken away a short time later. Always fun to look back on the street antics! #throwbackthursday #dontforgetyourroots #bmx #fufanu #ridetyrant 📸 @trailboss85 by @ridetyrant

Fall y'all, it's here! 🍂 Such an epic day in the woods! So many people from all over New England, absolutely perfect weather, and bikes. As always, huge props to Bych and the whole GMT fam. Nor'easter weekend ended up being back-to-back days at the Shred Zone. Hadn't been up there in a year+, so it was great to be back. Two days of rampin'! Is it 2005 all over again?!! 📷 Link to all the photos from today in my Bio. #dontforgetyourroots #bmx #shredzone #diypark #ridetyrant by @ridetyrant

The plan was to wake up to a 5AM alarm and gun it up to Killington for a day of DH laps. I checked the radar as soon as I woke up, and things were not looking promising, so I went back to bed. Rolled up to the Shred Zone for 9AM and ended up putting in a solid 5-hour session with some rad dudes. Couldn't have asked for a better soggy Saturday waiting out the Nor'easter. 🤘🏻 #shredzone #diypark #skatepark #ridetyrant by @ridetyrant

Four days in the Northeast Kingdom with some of the raddest people I know was an absolute blast. So many miles, so many sends, and so many laughs, high fives & fist bumps. The stoke was all-time this weekend! 🤘🏻 I absolutely cannot wait for next year's trip, already counting down the days! #mtbfreeride #kingdomtrails #ridetyrant

If you build it, they will come! 🤘🏻 The full send weekend at KT for Chach's 40th absolutely did not disappoint...and we still have a half day to go! Huge shout out to Amanda for planning this epic adventure. Mega XC miles, all the drops, doubles for days, smiles for miles & all the MFing high fives. The Stoke was taken to 11 for sure. #mtbfreeride #fullsend #kingdomtrails #ridetyrant by @ridetyrant

...and to round out the Labor Day weekend trails action we have the new ChachCam! I got my camera (which has an OG fully manual 16mm lens) all set up for John to take photos on the 2nd jump in the Back Door line. He proceeded to spend a half hour shooting photos all over GMT without ever touching a single setting on the camera or flash. I'm actually pretty impressed with the outcome! It's also very rare that I get a photo of me riding, so that was a bonus. Thanks @chach412! #bmx #bmxtrails #gmtrails #chachcam #ridetyrant
