September tested our resilience and we chose to face it with a smile. ❤️

There is always something to be grateful for, even during difficult times.

This month was about pain, healing and recovery. But you know what the best part of it was?

FAMILY TIME. ❤️

After almost 7 years, for the first time, we had his undivided attention for almost an entire month. 😍

When the girls came back from school, they had Appa waiting at home. They could run to him, spend time with him, annoy him 😂 and simply enjoy having him around all day.

And thanks to my little girls, I think he healed a little faster too. Not just physically, but mentally. ❤️

Now that he’s back at work, the girls are already missing having him around for most of the day. 🥹

September may not have been the month we expected, but it gave us something we didn’t know we needed: time together🥹

So yeah, even when life gets difficult, look for the good amongst the bad. There’s always something, however small, to be grateful for.

Sometimes, the silver lining is right there at home. ❤️
