Wandering past a real rock history location. Villa Nellcote was the base for The Rolling Stones recording of Exile in 1971. Roaming this weekend took us to Wythenshaw Park to see @thecure They’ve been on my list of bands to see for as long as I can remember. So glad I got to see this incredible set of 27 songs. One of the most chilled gigs I’ve ever been to.

Another walk. Another lunch stop with a view. This time a 25km loop up into Bransdale. The heather was in bloom but despite how it looks the landscape was parched. We haven’t seen things so dry since the hot Covid spring of 2020. We are blessed to have such amazing walks from our door though. #northyorkmoors #yorkshire by @ridingandroaming
