Are there any plans for Riff Reality comic spin offs?

So there are two characters I have in mind for having their own spin off series..
The first one is obviously blaze.
I feel like I need to develop more of a backstory on him and how he grew up.

Second one I feel like would be Jaystun, because I think it would be really interesting to explore where he got his obsession with teen pop music.

Bonus character would definitely be the
Fox. I feel like there’s a lot of mystery surrounding him, and there’s a lot of things left to be explored.

Keep the questions coming in ✨

What’s that behind you Jaystun? 💪🏾🦊

Spooky season begins in the Riff Reality universe with this classic mini comic!

In this animated mini comic Jaystun finds his badass pop mix cd scratched with neon scratch marks. Suddenly a gigantic version of The Fox appears behind and zaps him!

Jaystun wakes up and realises it was just a nightmare! But what’s that at the window? A shadowy fox with neon eyes appears behind him ! 😱🦊

How do you start making comics? ✨

Start small try and create some short 4 panel mini comics and see how that goes, before diving into longer chapters and graphic novels.

Comics are a huge amount of work if you’re trying to do it all yourself. So if you can start simple that’s the best way.

I jumped in at the deep end with my Riff Reality comic series, making it over multiple chapters and animating it with the augmented reality.

But learning something new with each one that you make is the most important thing when you’re on your comic creation journey!

Trust the human creative process ✨

Creativity and creating comics especially is not easy!

In these times where everything needs to be created very quickly, we lose a sense of how the creative journey is so important. Don’t skip the process. 🎨

Making my Riff Reality comic is a difficult journey at times, and even if I stumble a lot, and make mistakes, that’s fine. The journey getting there and learning is what matters most. ✍️
