Once upon a time there was the most modern school in the entire region, now it's residence for snakes and hornets.
Like it usually happens in Eastern Europe, someone got that building during privatization and doesn't have any interest in repairing the building, same old story...
It doesn't operate for 20years already.

Visiting the Balkanton studio where all Bulgarian musicians from the entire country were recording their albums was very impressive for me and in the same time sad in how poor condition it is left today. It was even planned for demolition but the general public luckily fought for keeping it.
