Nothing beats a cold plunge pool after a hot yoga class. Don’t believe it, just try it. And we have the best mates rates / deals. Speak to reception to discover more ❤️

We love creating an experience that feels thoughtful from the moment our retreat participants arrive.

I’m Georgia, an osteopath here at Reset Practice Co, based out of Rigs Recovery in Currumbin.
I spend my days helping people manage pain, recover from injuries, and actually understand how their bodies were designed to move. My goal is always to get you back to doing what you love without being held back by aches and pains.
Having the Reset practice based inside of Rigs Recovery is an extra bonus too, it makes transitioning from hands-on treatment to active recovery incredibly easy.
