With elections coming up, how much do we actually know about the people running for office and the decisions that affect our communities? There’s a lot of conversation around voting, but not always enough about understanding the issues, researching candidates, and thinking critically about the choices in front of us. Join us for an open discussion with Imam Muhammad Abdullah as we explore these questions, hear different perspectives, and learn how to approach elections more thoughtfully. This isn’t about telling anyone who to vote for. It’s about asking better questions and making informed decisions. Brothers only. RSVP through the link in bio. by @rijal.dfw
What’s one conversation you wish Muslim men had more often? We asked a few brothers this question, and their answers gave us a lot to think about. That’s what we want Rijal to be about. Creating spaces where brothers can have meaningful conversations, challenge their perspectives, and learn from one another. For our next Rijal, we’re continuing that with a discussion on elections, understanding the issues, and how to evaluate candidates beyond party lines. RSVP through the Partiful link in our bio. Brothers only. by @rijal.dfw

A little recap from our last Rijal. Good conversations, different perspectives, and a lot to think about. Appreciate everyone who came out and contributed to the discussion. More soon inshaAllah. by @rijal.dfw
Rijal is about more than just showing up to another event. It’s about creating a space where brothers can sit together, think deeper, ask better questions, challenge each other, and have conversations that actually matter. From faith and identity to responsibility, brotherhood, and the issues affecting our community, we’re trying to build a culture of men who think critically and grow together. This is what Rijal is about. Building better men, one conversation at a time. by @rijal.dfw
Not every conversation needs to end in agreement, but every conversation should leave you thinking. If you’re looking for a space to challenge your perspectives, hear different viewpoints, and have conversations that go beyond the surface, we’d love to have you there. RSVP through the link in our bio. by @rijal.dfw
