He was not just America’s favorite principal…he was also our friend. We had a lot of good times together over the years. Rest in peace, Dennis. I hope there are endless karaoke nights wherever you land! ❤️ taken in Los Angeles, California by @rikakayoconnor

Almost 30 years of friendship and never had a bad time with this guy. I’m so grateful for all the memories and experiences we shared over the years. My heart hurts. I will miss you forever, PK @pkat2015. 💔 taken in Los Angeles, California by @rikakayoconnor

The Detroit music scene lost a truly special person yesterday named David Black. I will never forget the first time I saw Seduce in 1986. If you knew us back then, you know that my best friend Heather and I never missed a show. We met so many of our life-long friends because of this band. I am grateful for all the amazing memories.
My condolences to Mark and Chuck and all who knew him. He will be very missed. 💔😢 taken in Detroit, Michigan by @rikakayoconnor
