I took me a long time to not just blame my job (it was still pretty bad don't get me wrong) but I ended up realising that my whole life I had been running my nervous system into the ground & that needed to change. rewiring your brain and relearning how to exist peacefully is one hell of a task ... I think I’m still healing from my biggest heartbreak. From leaving a place. A version of myself.
