Full @legionsportsfest Routine.

We came, we saw, we delivered.🎯
Placed 5th - Right behind a very good, Olympian filled top 4.

I got feedback from @ribicproductions, @allensizemore, and @tkguindy, and they all pretty much said the same thing: come in a little drier and you’re THERE. So that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
Show after show, we improve.
Nothing more to say other than I’m hungrier than ever to bring an even better package to @toprosupershow in 2 weeks.
I want to thank all of the supporters, the real ones. You know who you are. We love the doubters and haters too. I promise I’ll prove y’all wrong every single time 👊🏾 Keep it coming, I love it ❤️🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

5 shows down | 2026 szn is a wrap 🎬

Overall very solid season.
Grateful to have met many great athletes, judges and supporters. Congrats to every athlete I stepped on stage with.

This was a long season, but it taught me how to keep going, how to stay consistent through the trials and errors. What to do and what not to do, what works and what doesn’t for my physique.

All though we did not crack any top 3s this year, I have to keep reminding myself that a couple weeks ago was officially One year of me competing as a professional. I am still growing, refining, maturing and learning my body from show to show.

Biggest issue I learned from going prep to prep is dialing in a perfect peak, and even after 5 shows we still haven’t found the balance of conditioning, fullness & dryness while keeping my back depth and width.

With that being said, ending this season with my lowest placing & worst look of the season is definitely not what I wanted but it happened & now I am fired up even more to come back that much better.

2026 we collected data, now we put our heads down & work.
2027 we will show major improvements.

This one hit different 🥇🥇🥉

2026 @sasquatchproam
Long time friend, but only about 8 weeks into working together as athlete and coach. Crazy how much can change when the right pieces finally come together.
After @big_dream1994 last showing, we had a long conversation about his physique and where I truly believed he could take it. I told him straight up, the potential was already there. He didn’t need to become a completely different athlete, he just needed the right structure, guidance, support, and someone in his corner who believed in what his physique could become.

Fast forward 8 weeks and we won our first show together. 🏆
1st in Men’s Physique.
1st in Classic Physique.
We came up short in Bodybuilding, but that’s the game. You learn, adjust, and keep moving.
Now we’re only a few days out from his next national show, and the goal is to bring an even better version. We’re pushing to make Bantamweight, which should have him roughly 5–6 lbs tighter than the last showing. This is the best opportunity we’ve had yet to chase that pro card.
He’ll also be stepping into Classic Class A and Men’s Physique Class A.
What makes this one special is knowing the history behind it. I’ve known Silas for a long time, so being able to help guide him through this chapter means more than just placings or trophies. Watching someone you’ve known for years finally start tapping into the potential you always saw in them is different.
4 days out. No celebrating yet. Work still continues.
