RIP Scrambled Eggs and Kippers, which has disappeared from the menus of @thelobsterpotfelpham and @harbour_lights_cafe. I mourn the passing of this great, sustainable, fishy breakfast. Please bring it back for winter. #thelobsterpotfelpham #harbourlightslittlehampton #kippers #herring #fishforbreakfast #marinestewardshipcouncil #sustainablefishing #omega3 #breakfast #scrambledeggs #hashbrowns #bestmealoftheday by @rikprowen

Chicken Caesar Salad with a difference: Cos lettuce, a rich, creamy and tangy dressing packed with anchovy, garlic and Parmigiana, griddled chicken kebabs done with two marinades (sweet and sour; honey and mustard), a handful of olive oil and garlic-dressed Jersey Royals and griddled spring onions.
Sounds like a proper mess but it brought new life to an old favourite.
