𝟱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀:

1. Sleeping without protection — Cotton pillowcases create friction, leading to tangling, dryness and breakage. Wrap your hair or use a silk bonnet nightly.

2. Using too much product — Heavy oils and serums create buildup, weighing the hair down and taking away its natural movement and shine.

3. Applying heat without protection — Repeated heat can weaken the strands and cause permanent dryness. Always use a heat protectant and keep tools at a moderate temperature.

4. Detangling incorrectly — Brushing aggressively from the roots can cause unnecessary shedding. Start at the ends and gently work your way upward.
