Might have to say goodbye (for now) to my absolute fav Thursday class…

Glad I got to dance to a song and chorey I like so much and end this chapter to a note I’m happy with 💜

(Still haven’t overcome my centrephobia though and had to secretly shuffle to dodge the camera 😂)

So grateful for all the joy Thursdays have brought me over the past year and more, and even more grateful for all the beautiful people I got to meet along the way 🫶

Grateful I started my dance journey with the best teacher/mentor/choreographer @jojo.fitliu 💜

Street dance was something I always loved growing up, but never really got the chance to learn properly

When I was a teenager, there was a performance I had spent ages preparing for, but in the end I couldn’t make it on stage. I guess a small part of me always quietly regretted it…

And somehow, the more I regretted it, the more I wanted it

So here I am. 35, already a mum, performing on Mother’s Day of all days🌼

Turns out if your heart’s been pulling you towards something, it’s never really too late to start

I wish I started dancing earlier, met you earlier, and learned from you earlier so it wouldn’t feel this regretful that I only got to take 5 of your classes😭
But even with just five classes, I can really feel the progress. Like in this video at least I wasn’t GLUED to you the whole time, scared to blink 🤣
