Thank you @buzzbuzzmediainc for inviting me to be January 2026. 🐝

I don’t often get to talk about my 12 year stint (so far) as a real estate agent in Toronto, but it made me realize just how many things I’ve tried over the years before it clicked and how many brutal moments and years there were at the beginning.

My door is always open to agents who are trying to figure it out - a lot of you guys do message me for advice, I can’t believe I’m actually in a place to give it now 😅.

We all want to hit the ground running in real estate. Some do, but you can certainly bridge that gap quickly with the right mentors and team. Good luck in 2026!

PS - yes I will always continue to nail the address from the photo of the view you posted, or the colour of the kitchen backsplash in the condo. I can’t help it
