by Him, for Him.

It has been heavy on my heart lately to open up about my journey, to share how God worked through one of the hardest seasons of my life. When I faced injury my freshman year and mental battles, I felt so defeated. I was chasing perfection, trying to hold everything together, but inside I was falling apart.

That’s when God stepped in. In the moments I felt unseen, He saw me. In the silence, He spoke peace. Through the pain, He reminded me that my identity isn’t built on achievements, but on His love. Looking back now, I can see His purpose in all of it, how He used what I thought would break me to strengthen my faith and shift my heart toward Him.

To anyone walking through mental health struggles or feeling like they’re drowning in pressure please know you’re not alone. There is strength in opening up and seeking help, and there is hope even in the hardest days. God meets us right where we are, even in the mess. There’s no season too broken for Him to bring healing and hope.💚 by @rileyenielsen

God delivered me from one of the darkest places in my life, and through his unfailing love and grace, I am forever changed.

No matter what you have done, how far you feel, or how lost you have been…
