Proud dad moment. Our boy has been potty training and peeing outside is quite the adventure. I have been telling him if youre outside you have to go behind something so no one can see you. Well he walked into the garage for something and came back zipping his pants up. When I asked him what he was doing he said "I went pee behind the garbage cans".....We then had to have a lesson on while he was correct in being behind something, you can't pee on a main pathway. Kids are awesome

This woman right here is my world. 4,574 days ago I attended a Halloween party I didn't want to go to and it changed my life for the better. I am so glad I went, because I met Alyssa.

Alyssa is the BEST. It's as simple as that.

I love you Alyssa! Happy Mother's day and thank you for everything!

Also, sorry I bought another car without asking you, and sorry I had to go get it on Mother's day morning...and sorry you had to find out about it when we were on a date with some friends.....but good news! This one runs....kinda. taken in Heaven by @rileythegold

Today I am grateful for the best friends a guy could ask for. I have been friends with them for a combined 80 years, crazy. These are the earliest pictures I have of all of them on my phone, all from the fall of 2008. I wouldn't be who I am without them. The longest I go without talking to any of them is a week or two, and we always pick up right where we left off. They are the great dads, husbands, and the best friends a guy could ask for. by @rileythegold

Uh oh, forgot to post something I was grateful for yesterday.

Pic #1 Yesterday I was grateful for the outdoors, and the crazy experiences I have had while being out in them. From hunting, to camping, to emergency 4x4 rescues @agold and I have seen it all. Such a beautiful world we live in.

Pic #2 I am grateful for the internal combustion engine. Not only because I love working on them, but I love how they have changed everyone's life for the better. Most people just trust that their cars will start when they need it, and don't really care how it all happens. I love the knowledge I have of being able to fix them, diagnose them, and build them. by @rileythegold

I am grateful for tools...While this is an old picture, I am still working out of the same 2 boxes. I am grateful today for my tools and the knowledge I have to correctly use them. I have a pretty good assortment of tools, and can fix just about anything. This is a skill that I was given but I sure have learned a lot too. I hope that I can pass my love of fixing things on to at least one of my kids, because so far the one kid I do have, just breaks stuff. by @rileythegold

Today I am grateful for technology. Without the technology we have today we wouldn't have Cohen or his 2 siblings.

On a side note, the @utahfertilitycenter has awesome mens bathrooms. If anyone is struggling with infertility, I highly recommend them. taken in Utah Fertility Center by @rileythegold

12 Years ago today I met the hottest girl I had/have ever seen, and a year after that I suckered her into marrying me. The past 11 years have been better than I ever imagined. Happy 11 year anniversary @agold08, you're the best wife and mom. I love you more than I love buying crap on the auction, which is A LOT!!!

The second picture is of our perfect child kissing a goat. Alyssa left me in charge of him for 5 minutes and I thought I should take a picture instead of stopping the kiss. Well worth it. by @rileythegold

We have been cleaning up our yard from the wind storm, and this kid insists on helping whenever I move a vehicle. Someday he will be able to help, but for now he is more of a distraction. We lost 8 trees, our carport got smashed, 5th wheel roof punctured, and 2 sections of fence blown down all from the wind. Now 10 days later we are mostly cleaned up, most debris hauled off, and just have to wait and see what insurance does to get it all fixed. All in all I did 43 loads of green waste from all over to the dump, thanks goodness for a dump trailer. taken in Bountiful, Utah by @rileythegold

Just a little update video on the back yard. We had hydroseed sprayed 17 days ago and this is what it looks like now. So happy to have grass in and start using this large space to play! It has taken me 5 years to get to this point, but its been worth it to walk around and see grass. by @rileythegold

This mothers day is special because it is the first one with our son, Cohen. Alyssa is a great wife and even a better mother. Cohen absolutely adores his mom, and he gets so excited every time he sees her. She is so loved in our house, she is the foundation of our family and we couldn't be happier to have her. She works hard, plays hard, is selfless, and is always thinking of us and how to take care of us. Alyssa, we love you. Happy Mothers Day!!! by @rileythegold
