notes straight from the journal:

• beauty of anarchy •
while blending into local life, i realized how much my european brain was used to searching for rules everywhere.. while the mountains themselves provide a shield against authority, having a weaker safety net behind you actually makes you feel more empowered

• society sucks at overthinking •
we are so much more effective in solving the problems when they actually occur, than solving them in our minds

• interdependence •
in the isolated areas, independence could have cost you your life in the past and you can feel that strong sense of community even now.. it inspired me to focus more on the friendships and just being more observant of my surroundings

• outdoor life •
spending so much time surrounded by all the elements of nature made me realize once again, that i cannot live in a big city anymore. I felt grounded, uncovered some personal values and in the end it affected my priorities a lot.

• perspective •
the universe doesnt give a flying fuck about you. wowie by @rimiama

What if… what if we approached next year like a game of Jumanji.. wild, unpredictable, and adventurous? Each day would bring unexpected challenges and opportunities we never imagined.
The game only moves forward when you take action. If you wanna survive, you need to adapt to the chaos and keep moving, no matter what the game throws your way. It's also best played with others, just like.. life… OOH WAIT.

🇹🇷🤙🏼 Another core memory unlocked, very grateful for being there with my fav silly flying buddy.
There is something special about friendships formed in this community, where you become the most vulnerable self, raw in expressions and bold in your decisions. Dženky! by @rimiama
