Time is the only limit that matters, fuck everything else #nolimits by @rimkan09
21x 60/30 @ 5:05-5:15 pace in 90* heat at 830 with 90+ humidity. Pace was smooth, treadmill was soaked, didn’t even have to use my AK cus everyday is leg day #running #runningintheheat by @rimkan09
Too many temperatures today. Cut the long run short. 85 and 90 humidity with full sun. Pace is getting much easier. But Florida summer is still preheating. #running #runninginthesun☀️ by @rimkan09
EZ couple hours in zone 2. Nice and controlled. Brick by brick #zwift #triathlon #zone2 by @rimkan09
Immediately regretted this session. 8x 4/1’s at threshold power. Cramps that turned into uncontrollable shaking and involuntary crying. But finished the set cus Bobby bushay didn’t quit on the muddogs so neither did I. #zwift #triathlontraining by @rimkan09
3x 6x60/30 @ 5:05 pace. Some days you’re the hammer some days you’re the nail. Pretty good set tbh, 100% compliance. Afternoon ride goons be interesting with sore glutes #running #treadmillworkout by @rimkan09
12 miles in the Florida sun. Should have pushed to 15 but wanted to acclimate to the sun another week. Good pace and heart rate though #running #triathlontraining by @rimkan09
Luna waiting for me to stop playing on the bike so I can give her attention. Travis Barker and Blink shredding my legs. Afternoon set was 45x30/30’s at 300-315w. This is the way #zwift #triathlontraining #everydayislegday by @rimkan09
30x 40/20s on the bike. Goal was 400w. Struggled to get heart rate up. Last block finally opened up. Finished with a strong 1 min effort at 600w This is the way #zwift #triathlontraining #vo2max by @rimkan09
40/20s on the dread I’ll this morning. 40s at 5:00 mile pace. Logged 23” of heart rate over 170. Last 3 reps were very hard to finish. Rest and pizza before an afternoon VO2 session on the bike. This is the way #running #triathlontraining by @rimkan09
Solid numbers from am run around the dog park. Legs feel strong. Definitely have some new speed, need to teach the body how to use it and test its limits now. Afternoon ride is full gas #running #triathlontraining #intervals #triathlon by @rimkan09
Lactate testing can be a bloody affair. But gives valuable data. Legs are def still tired, results say I still have plenty of work to do. This is the way #zwifting #zwift #triathlontraining #lactatethreshold by @rimkan09
