Over the holidays I went to Iceland for my 23rd birthday, which is now a core memory. We stayed in Reykjavík and spent our time hiking through the country’s incredible landscapes and visiting a few of its beautiful, relaxing lagoons, which felt like the perfect way to start my 23rd year 🤍

Hit a new milestone: 12 miles🌟 and every step felt incredible

Takeaways:
• I got new smaller water bottles and hydrated more often.
• Checked in with my form to ensure I was balanced well throughout my whole body. I was imbalanced my last 10k causing my lower back to give out after 3 miles.
• Kept repeating: It’s not because I have to, it’s because I get to.
• Properly stretching my hamstrings after each workout.
• Cycled through many good dj sets. by @rin.inmotion
