October is OCD awareness month. As someone who struggles with OCD it is really nice to see proper portrayal of something that takes over my life throughout my day to day. I remember having my first panic attack when I was three years old and just being told that everyone has anxiety.

I got diagnosed with OCD almost a year ago and it’s really hard sometimes to do simple tasks, get out of bed, and keep relationships. OCD is way more than just “being clean“. OCD eats at my brain daily and if you are struggling know that you are not alone.

September wrap up ༄˖°.🍂.ೃ࿔*:･

This month literally flew by… I cannot believe we only have three months left of the year, its scary how time moves. I feel like I am almost completely caught up with my reading goal after falling behind earlier in the year.

I read 14 books this month which has been my second best month of the year and I also found some of my absolute favorites through this shoutout Grimtidings and Free Falling. Both of these books are so special to me and are perfect for the fall time!!!

This month I also got to host a romance book club for ex vows and it went better than i thought it would!! I have lots of fun things planned for october and i cannot wait to share with you guys <3

Sweetwaterpeak duology oh how i love @authorlylasage 👻

These two books were so incredibly beautiful and I truly love lyla sage’s brain. There is something so special about one of your favorite authors writing characters that feel so real and special to you and that has always been the case with Lyla!!

I am eternally grateful that I had the opportunity to read free falling pre publication because I really needed Clarkes story to help me realize things about myself.

These two stories are so cozy and romantic and full of ghosts and I recommend them for this fall season!! Especially if you are a nostalgic person who misses some familiar faces from rebel blue ….

The ex vows by jessica joyce aka the book that made me fall back in love with reading!

It was such an honor to be able to host a romance book club and have this be one of the first picks. Georgia and Eli mean the world to me and I cannot wait to see them come to life with the ex vows movie.

A lot of quotes and themes within this story stuck with me especially the adulthood and growing up ones. I am forever grateful to Jessica for putting like my deepest feelings into words and I absolutely cannot wait until every ordinary thing I already know summer and dylan are going to change my life in a very similar way. If you havent read the ex vows yet i highly recommend bumping it up on your list!

If you know me you know that the two things I am most passionate about are books and reading so when I came up with this idea a while ago I knew it would be incredibly fun and that’s exactly what it was!

Ironically these songs and these books all have special significance to me and it’s been really fun to share ⭐️

happy friday 🍂˚ ༘ ೀ⋆｡˚☕️

i have seen this trend everywhere and i knew i had to participate! i had a little bit of difficulty with coming up with things that are sooo me but i think i did pretty well.

i am so happy that this week is over and i can finally have a day off to catch up on reading. i am currently re reading the ex vows by jessica joyce as my first hosted book club and i am excited but nervous to talk about this book with fellow romance lovers. i am also re listening to the love hypothesis by ali hazelwood in preparation for the movie on wednesday! i am soooo excited and by everything I’ve seen I know that they shook the book and the characters truly fell out.

what are you looking forward to reading this weekend?
