Grown as nature intended, spelt is an ancient grain that has remained largely unchanged for generations. Naturally higher in protein and fibre than modern wheat, it brings something rather special to the breakfast table. We might be a little biased, but we think it makes a wonderfully wholesome bowl of porridge, and a rather lovely way to start the day at this time of year.
