As a woman of faith I have my moments where I question where God is and wonder why I’m not hearing him. Then I realize that through the hardship, questions, and doubt, he has never failed me or not come through. Im learning how to fully trust in His plan and grow my faith during every step of the journey, even when it’s messy. Dancing is my strongest form of worship and I channel all my emotion into it. That is the inspiration behind this little freestyle choreo I came up with. Dancing openly, authentically, and intentionally will always stay as my overall mindset. ❤︎ by @rio_de_miranda

A little rough, but the first time I’ve recorded and posted a freestyle of any kind :) one of my fav songs that just invokes so much emotion and musicality that I couldn’t resist a little dancey-dance 🤍

Contemporary dance has my ❤︎
the feeling, the flowy movement, the passion, the freedom to just be etc. all remind me of why I enjoy dance so much in the first place & and why it’s such an outlet for my all my thoughts/feelings 💭
