I’m truly delighted to begin the new Sophistic chapter in this beautiful space. Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamt of having a store of my own, so I’m very excited to open here my new project at the end of November. I have great admiration for what RIO brought to this location and I wish Christina all the success and joy with @christinadekerpelfinejewellery. by @riostore
Today, the Rio Store story officially comes to an end. 🤍 Although I stepped away from the store a few years ago, the space itself was still part of my life. I kept looking for ways to give it a new purpose, perhaps through another project of my own. As of today, the space has officially been sold, and I’m very happy to share that @sophistic_interiors will be opening there at the end of November with a beautiful new project. I couldn’t think of a better way for this place to begin its next chapter. For me, it also means I can finally close this one completely and put all my focus and energy into @christinadekerpelfinejewellery. From now on, I’ll be working from my home workspace, just outside Ghent, where I’ll welcome you by appointment. My jewellery, stones and furniture will all be presented there in a more personal and intimate setting — exactly the way I want the brand to grow. Rio Store has been such an important part of my story, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who was part of it over the years. Thank you for everything. 🤍 A chapter closed, and a new one already well underway. Hope to welcome you to my new workspace soon. Xoxo, Christina by @riostore

Introducing Marcos Husky, the third Brazilian designer now represented at Rio Store. Working across architecture, scenography and carpentry, he creates sculptural pieces in reclaimed wood. His designs feel organic, tactile and almost like natural forms shaped by hand. Furniture that sits somewhere between object and sculpture — and fits perfectly within the spirit of Rio Store. Come discover the collection in store. by @riostore

We are happy to introduce Pedro Leal, the second Brazilian designer joining the Rio Store collection. Based in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Pedro Leal is known for his organic forms and sculptural designs in reclaimed wood. His work has been featured multiple times in Casa Vogue, as well as in Claudia Online, Time Out, and Bazaar Interior Brazil, reflecting his strong presence within contemporary Brazilian design. His pieces fit naturally within the spirit of Rio Store — warm, organic and crafted with care. We invite you to visit the store and discover the collection in person. by @riostore

This bowl is not only beautiful but also functional Pink amethyst is one of my favourite crystals, as it opens the heart chakra for giving and receiving love and friendship. It brings balance on a physical, emotional and mental level. ✨ This one-of-a-kind pink amethyst with jasper bowl is now available in the store. ✨ #pinkamethyst #bowl #interiorobject #crystals #crystalhealing riorockx by @riostore
The first designer I would like to present is Isabel Ferrari, founder of @trespontosmadeira. I discovered her work while travelling in Brazil and was immediately drawn to the playful and unique designs — that moment sparked the idea to bring furniture into the store. Isabel creates each piece together with her father, on their ranch outside São Paulo. Their work is deeply rooted in family craft and shared knowledge. All designs are handmade using reclaimed wood from demolition sites, giving every object its own character, history and sense of time. I’m very happy to now share their work at Rio Store ❤️ by @riostore
