It’s only fitting that I started writing this at 4:30am. It would be easy to blame it on the baby, but this one’s all me.

I've lost count of how many times I’ve buried and exhumed the bones of this song but it wasn’t until I stopped overthinking every part and entrusted the rough sketch demo to the band that it started to come to life. Next thing you know, a small army of extremely talented friends and family turned “Insomniac” into what it is today!

Speaking of, there's so many people that touched this track!
