Thank you to everyone at the wellness retreat and Gail Doby for inviting me to be a part of such a great event!

It was truly an honor to lead a 20-minute stretch session for your clients and help contribute to an experience centered around health, wellness, and self-care. I’m always grateful for opportunities to pour into others and remind people how important it is to take time to care for their bodies.

One of the things I’m most proud of in this business is the relationships I’ve been blessed to build over the years. ❤️

My client Hannah and I have been working together for over 10 years! We train online through Zoom for just 30 minutes, 2-3 days a week, and when her demanding schedule allows, she gets in an occasional ride on her Peloton.

But one of the biggest keys to her success has been consistency with her nutrition. Is it perfect every single day? Nope! 😂 There may be a few sweet treats here and there, but that’s LIFE. This journey was never supposed to be perfect, it’s about being consistent enough to keep moving forward.

Hannah, thank you for trusting me with your health and fitness for all these years. At this point, we’re basically family. 😂❤️ I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and even more proud of the consistency you’ve shown through every season of life.

10+ years later and we’re STILL putting in the work! 💪🏾🔥

You vs. The Man in the Mirror.

For me, this has never really been about competing with the next man.
It’s always been about looking at myself and asking, “Did I give my best today?”

The man in the mirror knows the truth.
He knows when I’m disciplined.
He knows when I’m making excuses.
He knows when I’m locked in… and when I need to push harder.

Every day I’m chasing growth, not perfection.
Just trying to be stronger, wiser, and better than I was yesterday.

That’s the real battle.
That’s the real competition.
And that’s the one I refuse to lose. 💪🏾🔥
