Do something uncomfortable. It hurts hell yea. Bet on yourself!!

Had to rewire my brain 🧠 first… It’s uncomfortable cause I was use to some 🐂 💩, always knew it was more tho I was just stuck in a web of cycles 🔄.

It’s a walk or jump no ☝🏿 congratulates you for.. Don’t 👀 for the congratulations though you should want to get better for yourself. You don’t need validation from anyone. Let the creator & your ancestors guide you..

You go to places most won’t go, it’s apart of the change.

The accountability it gives & brings was well worth it to me!!

Yea unfortunately there were deaths when the quest was selected I’m thankful for the KNOWLEDGE & OVERSTANDING over the years.

Remember everybody can’t come with you!! They gonna look👀 at you crazy, be shocked 😳 at certain changes you’ve made. IT’S STILL WORTH IT!!!

Now that I’ve gotten that out the way. Im going to say what I say to people in person… IT’S NOT LOVE & LIGHT ALL THE TIME!!! You’ll want to take it there sometimes… (Therapy & anger 😡 management helped me!! I needed it when we lost Pops)

No walk in the park its a journey that takes real work!!

Make the right choice bout your journey…

Once your mind is open though you can’t go back or unsee any of the bull🐂 💩.

Sometimes it’s the smallest conversations that put you on game…

Sometimes it’s behind the scenes.. What big food companies you know gonna tell you they can’t buy anymore beef 🥩, chicken 🍗 etc?? Why you think 🤔 💭 a lot of companies & shareholders selling to the highest bidder?? I’ll wait.. Rhetorical question 🙋🏿‍♂️ anyway…

Been saying buy land & grow your own food..
Some even moved or moving to other countries.

It’s a deep 🕳️ to go down. Not everyone goes or wants to come. Don’t take em 🤷🏿‍♂️.

Sometimes people have to take their own route & I get it…

Sometimes we get answers we don’t want before we even ask any questions…

That happened to me throughout my entire life.. & Of course I have a better understanding now!!

Setting a distance between myself, my family and others wasn’t easy…

Right in the middle of it happening I lost my grandfather, dad, then cousin…

Always been different from everyone. My grandmother use to call me “Deep” 🤣🤣.

I always wanted more and I knew it was more to life than everything I seen…

This healing ❤️‍🩹 grief 🎢 removed a lot from my mind & heart.

EXPERIENCE allowed me to understand and keep it moving!!

I’m guarded 💂 💂‍♀️ for the right reasons. My energy, vision, what I hear 👂🏿 & listen to how things are perceived.

I’m near sighted I had to close my 👀’s the 👓 don’t zoom in 😂😂

💩 sucks….

Lying 🤥 if I said it gets easier. It doesn’t… All the new ventures, networking etc don’t bring y’all back!!

Ya oldest out the way tho!!!

The major comeback is so 🔥 🔥… Thank you for showing me what resilience is for sure!! 👍

Growth, healing & change!!

I never gave up. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, ☝🏿 point of time I worked & hustled A LOT!! Guess what?? I still felt every emotion!!

Even when attempting to balance things out ( I thought I was TBH I just gave myself more work)

It took so long for me to not be angry. At least two years…

Still not easy for me…

Art, music, nature, writing ✍🏾, exercise most definitely still helps me out!!!

I always said June is my pregame for August (Their birthdays lined up) I just learned how to move around with the hurts through (therapy, groups, really doing the work a lot of people just talk 🗣️ about!!

Shout out to ALL my therapist, group members..

Something bout the summertime just hard, but I’m hella focused!!!! 💪🏿 💪🏿!!!

Father’s Day is still hard. I’m a broken record the way I say balance everything out!! It’s still hard!!

Thankful to have em close to me though!!

Most definitely miss the cookouts, the popping up just to say what’s up, go get some cologne from Ugly, see my lil cousin…

Planting 🌱 seeds & seedlings never 🛑 even when I was in my darkest moments.. That was actually helpful!!

Certain things I had to start over on, but it was well worth it!!

Gardening 🧑‍🌾 before the nature highlights..

Always willing to learn more or even trade fruits & veggies!!!

I talk to at least 3 people who seen this & we all wonder the same exact thing.. How does this happen???

He was the only car right there…

No pole was damaged!!

Again no other car near him was hit (different type of Sunday 😂)

Maybe he was 👀 at a woman coming out of the Gentlemen’s Club on the corner… Certain things I only see in Florida… Been here 16 years off and on since 2009 & nah I’m not a snow ❄️ bird I really reside here & certain things are just mind boggling and hilarious!!!

This place is too funny at times!!!
