Happy (belated) Birthday to one of the best. @koldailey

Seven years ago, a young 18-year-old named Kol found Riptide Productions and gave me a call. He didn’t know me and no idea where the journey would lead. He was just eager to learn, work hard, and be part of something bigger than himself.

I said yes… and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Since that first UK sorority event, Kol has become so much more than an incredible DJ. He’s been a leader, a mentor to others, a problem solver, a calming presence, and someone I can trust completely. His reliability, kindness, work ethic, and heart have helped shape the culture of Riptide Productions into what it is today.

I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow from a talented teenager into an outstanding man. Credit goes to his incredible parents for raising someone with such strong character, and we’re all better because of it. @dailey.stock

He’s been with us through countless weddings, celebrations, road trips, late-night tear downs, victories, challenges, and memories that will last a lifetime. Somewhere along the way, he stopped feeling like “one of my DJs” and simply became family.

Riptide Productions would not be what it is today without Kol’s loyalty, belief in our vision, and willingness to always give his best.

Happy Birthday, my friend. Thank you for seven unforgettable years, for believing in me, and for helping build something so special. Here’s to many more memories together.
