For whoever needs to hear it right now. You do matter. This is my song that I wrote and recorded a few nights ago. It’s about the suffocating anxiety I’ve been feeling recently. I’m not the best engineer so forgive me. Sometimes I’ll fall into a panic or the anxiety is so much that its almost like I forget how to breathe. My girlfriend left and it gets hard not having her here to talk to and help keep me grounded. Loneliness keeps me up at night. I had a friend tell me a few nights ago that they were moments away from ending it. I felt my heart drop into my stomach. Check on your friends. If you’re that friend, take a step back and breathe. You matter to the people around you in your life. You matter to someone. Reach out to them. Go and find them. And If you’re arguing with your partner, take a step back and breathe. Don’t let your feelings control you. I let the anger win. I get so lost in the future sometimes that I forget to live in the present. Feel free to comment or reach out to someone if you need to talk. Giving up is never the answer. My DMs are always open.
