What is Jewelry for Alignment?

We created ris____e with the understanding of science based in the yogic philosophy that has been passed down to us from the long line of teachers following the Sri Vidya linage of Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga. We have woven our knowledge of meridians, vayus, and the power of sadhana to create a tangible, systematic experience for the wearer to cultivate that which she/he/they are desiring to embody more of in their intentional life.
Each design is available to mold into the cultivated intention. Every finger represents a certain quality. By using the ring, the energetics of the finger placement and paired with committed practice of pranayama, mediation and a yoga nidra that the wearer will receive, you being your journey to ris____e.

The Pinky finger represents: Communication and Intuition
The Ring finger represents: Vitality and Creativity
The Middle finger represents: Stability and Groundedness
The Index finger represents: Expansion and Wisdom
The Thumb represents: Transformation and Will power

The Necklace is unique to itself, as is aligns with the Sushumna and, heart & energy centers: chakra.
The Rise Pendant represents: Destiny and Intention
Depending on what length you set it, it will activate destiny and intention through the lens of Vishuddha, the Anahata or the Manipura chakra.

The process goes something like this:
a) Choose the ring design
b) Choose your preferred finger
c) Choose what you'd like to cultivate to ris____e in your life
d) See if what you are cultivating is the same as the desired finger to wear it on. If not, decide if you resonate more with the finger placement or the cultivation.
e) Decide the correlating finger & intention you've chosen
c) Wear your ring daily (for at least 40 days - 6 months) to activate and tap into the energetic expression that you wish to manifest in your life

The decision to offer this as a personalised experience a little earlier, is a gesture of appreciation to our community which we are creating. One of the fundamental pillars that we educate through @ris____e is connection to body and breath.

Through the body, through breath as a bridge, we enter the realm of connection to the infinity of aliveness that wraps our incarnation of being.

Elly, one of the creators of To Rise, is a Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga teacher, and the transmissions coming from her will be establishing a connection to Self through the knowledge and oldest science of Yoga. Her purpose for creating Rise is to bring the wearers attention to their body, to gain an embodied understanding of how energy moves throughout their being. With this knowledge, the wearer can access their greatest expression of Self, and illuminate their unique purpose.

It all begins here. With the body & the breath - with Soma & the Soul.

Eva, one of the creators of To Rise, is a Somatic Educator, and the transmissions coming from her will be in support of the intelligence that Body Wisdom offers. Established in deep respect to Trauma-Informed approaches to meeting oneself, and the importance of safety, she educates from a space of cultivated embodiment. Her work and devotion is all about creating safety, so the safety creates the container and fertile trusting soil to allow an intimacy with feeling to emerge.

She hopes through the offerings given through this platform, you develop an established relationship to your body; listening, nurturing and respecting the voice of the earth that is your body, for you to Rise.
