A few familiar faces. A few things you might not know. Meet the Ri’s family 🤎

We’re starting with Bethany, our CEO & Founder! Her go-to is a White Chocolate Mocha, and she’s had a heart for missions since she was a little girl.

Whether she’s behind the counter or in another country doing missions… good luck keeping up with Bethany! 😂

Each week, we’ll introduce you to another member of our family. Next time you stop by, you’ll know a little more about the person saying hello.

Leave a little love for Bethany in the comments 🤎 We’ll make her read every single one taken in Ri's Coffee by @riscoffee.az

Today, we celebrate Bethany. 🤍

Not just for what she leads or what she has built, but for who she is.

For the way she sees people.
For the way she believes in others.
For the way she makes room for people to grow, to be seen, and to discover what they are capable of.

Bethany leads with a heart that genuinely cares. She dreams big, loves deeply, and has a way of reminding the people around her that their lives have purpose and that they matter.

The impact of a life isn’t measured only by what we accomplish, but by the people who are different because we were part of their story.

And Bethany, there are so many people who are better because you have been part of theirs.

Today, we simply want to say thank you for being you.

We love you, we honor you, and we are incredibly grateful for your life.

Happy Birthday, Bethany. 🤍

Equip. Inspire. Empower.

May you always receive as much love and encouragement as you so freely give to everyone around you. taken in Phoenix, Arizona by @riscoffee.az
