August, September, and October bouquet preservations 🌸

It’s been the busiest last couple of months for me with balancing flower preservation projects, weddings, showers, bachelorettes, day job, supporting my husband through medical school and so much more!

Thankful for this season full of life and growth!

What an honor to work with the most unique Michigan flowers to date 🌸

As a wedding gift, I asked my friend if she would be open to me preserving her bouquet into art 🙌

She happily accepted and I died and came back to life when I saw her bouquet on her wedding day 🤤

I knew I wanted to use the fuzzy amarantha for framing like I did on a piece earlier this year and I also knew the gold ornate frame from that same project earlier this year would be a perfect fit for my friend’s aesthetic and style.

Every flower dried immaculately 👌

And I wanted to embrace the wild style of the bouquet as much as possible in the final design. Adding every texture, color, and movement to put together a cohesive piece that celebrated this memory.

Cheers @joymerlino to your forever keepsake 🥂
