We are 1-0 in James River District Alumni Showcases‼️

GREAT EVENT last night.. Salute to the staff!! Best Alumni event I’ve ever been too‼️ over 10 teams and their fans WITH ZERO DRAMA‼️ I ended up being the oldest guy on my team and loved every moment playing with guys I once coached!! 💪🏽‼️ #JRDAlumni #RandolphHenry by @riserashid

I gave the freshmen 10 seconds to bring the energy at our pep rally, so I put my freshman, my son Taj, up to the challenge. 😂

Problem is, he hyped up the upperclassmen more than his own class! 🤣

So I gave him a choice: finish the pep rally with the upperclassmen or stay with his class.

Did he make the right choice? 👀😂 by @riserashid

Just a girl dad, coaching women’s tennis, & spending more time with my son… 🎾🤹🏽 #year1

It’s strange, but…

This traumatic experience of losing your mother has somehow made our bond even stronger. It’s not that I look at you differently, but… I definitely see you on another level now. It’s almost like when Mufasa died and Simba began to look to his mate differently.

Though one Queen has transitioned to the next life, and it hurts like CRAZY… there’s still a silver lining shining through you.

I’m proud of you. I love you. And I’m going to continue doing my best to help you through this. ❤️🤲🏽 by @riserashid

For as beautiful as a funeral can be… this was a great reflection of what my mother in law was, FULL OF LOVE 💝🤲🏽
