Where you place your diffuser matters...

Want your favourite scent to gently fill your space without becoming overpowering?

Try placing your diffuser in a spot with good airflow, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Our favourite places?
✨ The living room
🌙 The bedroom
🤍 The hallway
🛁 The bathroom

A little scent can turn an everyday space into somewhere you actually want to slow down.

Rise at Home, bringing the Rise experience into your space.

If FREEDOM were a person…
You'd feel her when she walked into a room. You'd feel her energy, her rich warm scent, and her essence. You know that she committed to herself and has gone deep into all the layers of her being to give herself the freedom and liberation she deserves.

Each layer of Freedom will need you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, know your worth, and embrace the journey of empowerment, self-love, and discovery.

Because freedom is more than a feeling.
It’s a choice to come home to yourself, fully and unapologetically.

I Am Here.
I Am Love.
I Am Free.

Take a breath, release what you are able to behind and give yourself permission to simply be.

Because The Rise Experience is about more than the destination — it’s about creating space to rest, reconnect and be present.

Here’s to slow Sundays, soft moments and a little more time for you. 🫶🏾

Feeling overstimulated? You’re not alone 🤍

When there’s too much noise, too many notifications, too many thoughts and too much going on, sometimes your brain simply needs a break.

Next time you feel overwhelmed, try:

🌿 Reducing the noise
🌿 Grounding your senses
🌿 Doing one thing slowly

You don't always need to do more to feel better. Sometimes, you just need to create a little more space.

Save this for when you need a reset.

Your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day 🌅

So what if you started it a little differently?

Start slowly and softly taking in this time for yourself.
Set your intentions and vision for the day.
Spend time with your thoughts and take a breath.
Enhance your senses with a Rise fragrance.
Journal to get your thoughts & feelings out.
Where possible, take the time to just be.

Whether you have five minutes or an entire morning, create a small ritual that brings you back to yourself 🫶🏾

Because sometimes, the little things are what make the biggest difference.

Rise at Home, bringing intention into your everyday life.
