One of my favorite things is playing tourist when friends visit! Thank you for the invite, @brittany_nicole139–let’s do it again!! ☀️🐠🌳🎨🐢 by @riseupkait

Every 6 years my Summer Solstice Birthday shares Father’s Day. 🫶

This year is 35, the same number of years he had on this little floating rock with two of them holding the title Dad. I can only imagine all the things I could’ve learned and experiences I would’ve had with him. I’m grateful for the father figures I had growing up and my awesome dad friends who prob have no idea I’m still learning from too. 💚 Zero clue how grateful I’d be for past me making this scrapbook.

I’ve been raised by a village and I have the best cheerleading squad for life, but here’s the Queen Bee of the bunch and biggest cheerleader for life! Very grateful to have this smart, strong, beautiful lady to show me how to be there for others and how to love others well. 💕Love You Big Mama! Here’s to more adventures together! by @riseupkait

My first “baby”, my first puppy. My first learning of what sleep exhaustion was since I foolishly got you at 5 weeks old.
My big girl, so gentle and always under my feet. The best gentle giant who taught me my love for MCM furniture didn’t match with her happy tail.
She always knew when I was sad, she would come be somber with me when my heart was broken.
She was perfect for Mama and kept the house fully protected for the past 4 years. You got to be pampered at the spa, enjoyed SNOW, enjoyed all the visitors and got lots of love! She even was the best bed snuggler, and Mama tucked her in every night.
She was the best sunbather, food begger, and truck rider. Your birthday 8/8 is deemed “happiness happens” day—my perfect Leo baby. You made it 8.5 years being the healthiest Dane our vet had seen. You mercifully crossed the bridge suddenly & a Dane sized hole is in our hearts. @phambrick2008 😭😭😭
I’ll miss your dinosaur noises Baby Elle. 💔🐾 by @riseupkait

Happy Happy Birthday to Mama Pam!! She’s a shining star! Love you big 🥰👑💜 by @riseupkait

For a particularly heavy and dark week, a lot of light was gained through seeing LOTR 25th Anniversary on the big screen, letting go meets leaning in from the book rec of a good friend, paying rent in the gym, and experiencing the stunning Chattanooga Symphony Orchestra play the entirety of A New Hope.
