What if the pain, the things falling apart, the heartbreak, the confusion... all serve a purpose?

What if it is the fire that is meant to forge you into the next chapter of your life - one more expansive and beautiful than you could have imagined for yourself?

And what if what is being asked of you isn’t to fight it, but to surrender. To turn inward. To finally meet yourself.

After eight years of healing my own trauma, training in different healing modalities, and holding space for hundreds of people through breathwork, retreats, and transformational experiences, I’m opening a small number of private mentorship spaces.

This is for the woman standing at the edge of her next chapter. The woman who knows, deep in her soul, that she’s meant for more - but finds herself held back by old wounds, survival patterns, or the weight of her past.

Still taking in the magic of hosting my first women’s circle and cacao ceremony in Lisbon. 💖

A city I landed in a few months ago with very few expectations, not knowing a single soul, and that somehow very quickly began to feel like home.

I created this circle around a question I’ve spent years living… what happens when we trust the wisdom of our hearts?

Not the heart as naive or impulsive, but as our inner compass and a source of profound intelligence that lives within each of us.

Following my heart has led me down some wild paths over the years: leaving a corporate career, ending relationships, moving across continents alone, following what feels alive within me and learning to walk before certainty arrives.

And somehow, following these threads has led me here - to Lisbon and a room filled with women willing to soften, feel, breathe, connect, and meet themselves honestly.

Thank you to the beautiful women who brought their openness, vulnerability, and hearts into the space that evening.

May we all find the courage to trust the wisdom of our hearts, even when we don’t yet know where they’re leading us 🤍✨

I’m so excited to be hosting my first gathering here in Lisbon, Wisdom of the Heart, an intimate women’s cacao circle devoted to slowing down, connecting deeply, and stepping out of our busy minds to listen inward.

We’ll gather over ceremonial cacao and move through gentle embodiment, breathwork, reflection, and intentional connection - creating space to soften, be present, and remember the wisdom that already lives within us.

We live so much of our lives in our minds.

Analyzing, planning, questioning and trying to figure out what comes next.

But there is a deeper and wiser source of truth that lies within us. Our hearts.

The heart has its own intelligence — one we can access when we slow down enough to listen.

Wisdom of the Heart is an intimate women’s cacao circle exploring connection, intuition, and the wisdom held within the heart.

Together, we’ll share ceremonial cacao and create space to step out of the noise of the mind and return to the body — to soften, listen inward, connect authentically, and explore what we already know beneath the thinking mind.

Together, we’ll experience:

· Ceremonial cacao sourced from the Peruvian Amazon

· Gentle breathwork and somatic practices
