New schedule starts this Monday!

We’re finally introducing adult striking sessions to our morning schedule at 9 AM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, led by Coach @barry007mma !!

We are also adding another Noon Jiu Jitsu class to Wednesday with Coach @brandonfreelump, who is now your consistent instructor at Noon, Monday - Thursday.

We’re grateful for the growth this community has achieved and are excited for more as advisement over the next few weeks taken in Rising Tide MoCo MMA by @risingtidemoco
