It won't be @huhs.girlsgolf senior Rita Kuepper's (@ritakuepper10) first time teeing off at the girls state golf tournament at University Ridge when competition starts on Monday — it'll be her fourth. But it will be the first time she's joined by her team at state as the Orioles qualified to compete at their home sectional this past Monday.

Hartford senior Rita Kuepper (@ritakuepper10) has qualified for the state girls golf tournament every year of her high school career. In her first three trips to University Ridge, she competed solo, with her coaches and teammates cheering her on from the gallery.

Kuepper will again be making the trip to Verona in her final season, and her @huhs.girlsgolf teammates will again be there with her, but this time as her partners on the course after the Orioles shot a program-record 320 to win their host WIAA Division 1 sectional at Washington County Golf Course on Monday and book their first trip to state in program history.

I am so excited and beyond grateful to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at UW-Milwaukee! I would like to thank head coach Kyle Rechlicz and the UWM coaching staff for this amazing opportunity. I want to especially thank my family, friends, teammates and coaches who have supported me throughout this journey. I am so thankful for all of the great coaches I’ve had over the years, including Emily and Jeff Martin, Chris Shelsta, Jeff Langebartels (coach grandpa), Julie Langebartels, Chris Turner, Mike Giammarco, Emmett Williams, and Vinny Daniels. Can’t wait to join the UWM family!🖤GO PANTHERS!💛 @mke_wbb @kyle_rechlicz @mlemartinelliott @jeff_r_martin @mike_gio_rehabdc @ewillie4 @hartford_orioles @kuepperryan @danikuepper by @ritakuepper10
