POSTS STORIES REELS

Let 2026 be a turning point. Received an overwhelming response to sharing something that truly emerged from my lived experiences. These are little whispers to the version of myself - 5 years ago, 10 years ago…

Hang in there kid. It gets better. 🌈 ✨

So happy I could die by @riteshmatlani

I finished a decade in Vancouver in 2025. When I left home, I knew in my gut that I wanted to build a different life - as a South Asian gay man who craved to be authentic. I didn’t have the perspective I have today, but always had courage, instinct and skills.

A note by @alokvmenon inspired this visual storytelling – what does a life that honoured all the things you need to feel look like - immigrate there, in exile from repression.

Thank you to all who see me. I see you and hold you in gratitude for being part of my astonishingly bewildering life.

To my fellow queers - don’t pray the gay away, but let that gay-nergy pave the way for the next generation that follows. They are watching the possibilities.

Happy 2026. #hny #2026 #southasian #lgbt

I want to acknowledge that a year ago I was dealing with one of my most emotionally painful times. Deteriorating health, high cortisol levels, visceral fat, an expanded waist line, zero to no fitness regime for my body. In addition to an ailing parent in recovery, and a relationship that wasn’t serving me. I let myself go, my body lost its priority on my to-do list, and I was just surviving to keep a high-stress demanding job in TV, a partnership that needed me to carry us both, and the loneliness of trying a new business, finding myself. And then, I cut the cord. Of everything that was holding me back, everything that wasn’t improving my health, wealth and vision. I endured many months of a painful break up, while juggling the job, the business, the emptiness at home and the act of restarting. It took money, resources, discipline, developing new habits, and reshaping my environment to help shape a newer version of me. I have lost count of how many times in my life I have started again, and reinvented myself. I want you to know you can do this too. Your health is your real wealth. And no matter what comes your way, at least you’ll look 🔥🔥🔥 while dealing with it. You are your biggest asset, everything follows when your body becomes your first investment. I’ve been guided and protected more than I’ve been tested. Repetition is reputation and you’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with. Ever so grateful to be in service of creating beauty that moves people to purpose. 📸 @diamondsedgephotography by @riteshmatlani
