🎨 Art is everywhere

For a long time, I thought being “an artist” meant knowing how to draw or paint — but creativity is so much wider than that.

Art lives in the way we move, breathe, cook, speak, and create beauty from simple moments.
It’s in the details, in the presence, in the care we put into life itself 💫

Without art, life wouldn’t feel the same — it’s what brings meaning, color, and connection.
And realizing that has helped me make peace with how I express myself:
I don’t need to know how to draw to live creatively.

✨ Art flows through everything — the kitchen, the yoga mat, the breath, the way we see the world.

💬 How do you express your art in everyday life?

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga isn’t just stretching — it’s nervous system training.

Through movement and breath, you:
🌿 Slow your breathing
🌿 Release tension from your body
🌿 Calm your thoughts
🌿 Activate your body’s natural healing mode

⏳ Even 10 minutes a day can make a difference.
And as teachers in Rishikesh @neerajmultani1 @rishikeshyttc often reminded me — when you don’t have time for a full practice or you’re feeling tension in your body, 𝘚𝘶𝘯 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 are enough ☀️

What’s your go-to practice when you’re short on time? 💬

🤱🏽 When they say connect with your 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, give love to your 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, heal your 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥… I finally did! Hugging my 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥… with AI

I used Google Gemini with the following prompt:

Make a picture taken with a Polaroid camera. The photo should look like a childhood photo, without a clear subject or property. The photo should have a slight blur effect and a consistent light source, such as a flash from a dark room, scattered throughout the photo. Do not change the face. Replace the background behind the two people with a white curtain. The young girl is hugging the woman. The woman is holding the girl.

👼🏽 Shout out to @samia_digital_beauty for the inspo

Meet Yasmine — the steady presence behind this season at Earthlinks ✨

A face you see when you arrive and the one who keeps everything flowing and everyone cared for. Warm, intuitive, and deeply human — Yasmine naturally brings order with ease and calm.

Beyond coordinating your stay, she’s also a certified yoga and sound-healing facilitator, weaving moments of grounding, reflection, and balance into the rhythm of our days. Her quiet strength and open heart make her the kind of guide you instantly trust — someone who reminds you that alignment isn’t a destination, it’s a way of being ✨

She’ll be here — listening, connecting, and holding the space so you can simply arrive 🪷 by @ritual.collectivee

Ever notice how your breath changes when you’re stressed? 😮‍💨

When you breathe fast and shallow, your body thinks you’re in danger. 🫁
(That high, chesty breathing keeps your body in alert mode.)

When you breathe slow and deep, it gets the message: you’re safe.🌿
(Belly breathing is the key — soft, steady, and calm.)

Your breath is constantly talking to your nervous system — and it listens. 🧠

Today, pause for a moment.

Notice: is your breath high in your chest or low in your belly?

Awareness is the first step to change. 🌬️
