I had a quiet knowing that I was being guided being called Because we are nature we are of the elements I’ve always felt a deep connection to plants and to nature Cacao became a doorway for me And it’s the feminine spirit that guided and called me back To my inner nature Away from comparison away from disconnection from other women, myself & the feminine It’s guiding me back into something deeper Connection sharing being witnessed Because as women we need each other To uplift to empower to inspire And I’ve come to see how this is all a mirror Of how we see ourselves how safe we feel to be seen And this path has lead me here Holding space bringing women together Amplifying our voices and our hearts song and desires It’s what I love more than anything, and learning from each other And it’s what I weave into Ritual Sounds Sound voice ritual cacao A space to soften to be witnessed and to remember Are you feeling called to go deeper into the feminine? I offer group & 1:1 elemental sound & cacao sessions. A more intimate space to be held to listen and to return to yourself #ritualsounds #elementalritual #cacao-led #soundactivation #femininewisdom by @ritualsounds__

This video is 12 minutes long, which in today’s world feels wildly rebellious. Instagram told me it’s way too long and probably won’t capture the attention of most people. But to be honest probably only 6 people see what I share anyway 😂 I’m makeupless. My hair’s a mess. I’m tired. My body hurts …. Parts of me wanted to wait until I looked better, sounded better, felt more polished and eloquent .. But that felt like the opposite of the message I wanted to share. So I’m posting it anyway. As a practice in authenticity. As medicine for the part of us that believes we have to be perfect before we’re seen. As a reminder that there is beauty in our nakedness, our humanness, our truth. Maybe we don’t need another polished version of ourselves. But don’t get me wrong I also love dressing up and beautifying .. But wanted to act on my courage to be here, exactly as I am. If you have 12 minutes😂 I’m sharing this messy rambling conversation with you. ♥️ With love 🙏🏻 P.S if you got to the end the workshop I’m talking about is linked in my Bio & totally FREE And love to see you and show up as you are, all states are welcome ♥️ by @ritualsounds__
Remember the feminine, the Shakti, that resides in everything universal and timeless, is within us too. The earth energies, the elementals, the skies and forests, the breeze, the rhythm of our breath. The tightness of the bud in spring before the unfurling of the summer bloom in her biggest expression The warm power of the sun’s rays in the gentle morning hours of the day. The way the tide retreats before returning to shore. The stillness before birdsong breaks the dawn. The intuitive pause before we expand ourselves. The deep exhale after holding too much for too long. The cycles of rest, renewal, creation, and expression. We are nature. And we always used to know and honour that.. our ancestors did.. And I’ve been feeling that perhaps remembering this is where we begin to remember ourselves… ✨ This Friday, 📆 19th June, from 4–5PM I’ll be sharing my workshop :: The Body Temple: Awakening the Oracle Within As part of the :: Wild Feminine® Solstice Festival, hosted by @fionamccoss over this weekend : 19th - 21st June. Just a few spaces remain for tomorrow! The Body Temple workshop tomorrow morning 🌞 This is created as a held space to drop out of the head and connect back to your body As women we have a powerful river of inner wisdom and energy that’s largely untapped or shut down through fear or limiting beliefs … Because we largely live in a masculine based society and culture .. this way of living shuts the intuitive part of ourselves.. Connecting to our Shakti (feminine life-force) energy is an inside job- it doesn’t work outside in… This is a space to reconnect and tap unwind our system, explore the inner feminine Shakti current of our bodies.. Through, Cacao, sound, voice and free movement 🌀✨ 🌿 The Body Temple : A somatic workshop 📍 Soma Home Stoke Newington Church Street, London N16 9HP 🗓 Saturday 16 May 11:30 - 2:30PM 🎟 Eventbrite Link in bio 🔗 I’d love to have you here : link in Bio or DM me!! ♥️ by @ritualsounds__
Stillness is sacred Pausing is sacred Rest is sacred. But I also know for me personally… too much stillness can slowly tip into stagnation. Into heaviness. And living too much in my mind. So this is my reminder to myself as much as anyone else: Move. As women, we are cyclical beings. Our energy naturally shifts and changes. Some days call for softness, deep rest, slowness and reflection… and other days our bodies are asking us to shake things up, move energy, breathe deeper, dance harder, feel our aliveness. Sometimes medicine looks like music on loud, hips moving, feet stomping, laughing at yourself, shaking tension from your shoulders and coming back into your body. It’s so easy to become stagnant. To become heavy. To stay looping in thoughts that were never meant to stay trapped inside us. Movement helps energy move. Emotion move. Life move. Keeping things playful matters more than we think✨ Somatic movement has become such a powerful reminder for me that the body already knows what it needs when we stop controlling it and start listening. So if you’ve been stuck in your head lately… this is your reminder to move. Even a just a wiggle. 🤍 This is some of what we will explore in my Body Temple workshop 📅 Saturday 16 May 🕰️ 11:30 - 2:30PM 📍 @soma.h0me Eventbrite link in bio 🔗 ♥️ #ritualsounds #wiggle #freestyling #loopymind #bodytemple by @ritualsounds__
I’m so excited to be stepping into this space in less than 2 weeks !! The Body Temple workshop is is an invitation to step out of the doing… and into your body. In a world that keeps us constantly switched on .. overworked, overstimulated, carrying so much mental load.. it’s easy to live from the mind and feel disconnected from the body. But the body holds everything. And it needs space… to feel, to soften, to release. This workshop is something very close to my heart. A beautiful co-creation of women are coming together .. and this is space not to feel pressure to perform, but to be real, to be seen, to be expressed. A space that is gently guided, yet deeply your own. Where you don’t have to get it right, hold it together, or stay composed. Together we’ll share cacao, soften into the body, and open the voice .. moving, sounding, feeling… at your own pace, in your own rhythm. This is for you if you’ve been feeling: overworked, overwhelmed, disconnected or frozen in your body like you’ve been holding so much… without space to let it move When women gather like this, something powerful happens we give each other permission to express what’s often left unspoken the messy, the tender, the taboo the parts of you that just want to be released Inside this space, you’re invited to: • reconnect with your body and breath • explore your voice & self-expression without judgement • soften your nervous system and come out of constant “doing” • awaken your sensual, intuitive, feeling self • be held in a circle of women - without pressure or expectation Think of it as a mini retreat… a place to land, to feel, to remember yourself It will be deep, it will be freeing, it will be juicy, playful, and alive You’ll be guided, but never pushed.. free to move, sound, rest or simply be Less than 2 weeks to go!!! ♥️💃✨ ****** details below ⬇️ ***** 📆 Saturday 16 May 🕰️ 11:30 - 14:30 📌 @soma.h0me Studio 4, Ground floor: 231 Stoke Newington Church Street, London, N16 9HP Link in Bio 🔗 Eventbrite ♥️ #northlondonwomenscircles #soundbathhealing #somatics #cacaoceremony #ritualsounds by @ritualsounds__
There’s something about cacao… the way she brings you back into your body into the earth into your heart Slowly slowly without force or pushing I’ve been journeying with this medicine for 6 years now and it continues to teach me & open me further in the most gentle, powerful ways She is a doorway, a portal and a gentle teacher Im always learning & remain humble in my understanding as just when we think we have some insight…that’s when the work begins again.. It’s not about having the answers.. it’s about building trust that we really have them and we can still be whole without always knowing them!! ♥️❣️ This is an invitation Inviting you through the doorway .. 🚪 This is the space I love to hold for others ♥️ 1:1 cacao + sound rituals for women ready to reconnect to your truth, your heart, your womb wisdom & reclaim your power ♥️🌹 #cacaoceremony #soundhealing #soulfulcacao soundrituals northlondon by @ritualsounds__
The Body Temple : A space created for you ♥️ You don’t need to have it all figured out just a willingness to arrive as you are 🤍 There is a lot of noise … we’re surrounded by so much wellness advice so many tools so many practices so many ways to ‘optimise health’ so many ways to “heal” and yet… And it can feel so overwhelming Perhaps your usual routines still leave you feeling like you’re not quite connecting .. And honestly that’s so totally OK!!! this isn’t because you’re doing it wrong it’s because more isn’t always the answer That’s how this workshop has developed .. It’s not about adding more but learning to listen to your body to your breath to your voice this is why I created Body Temple a space to slow down to feel to soften to reconnect not to fix yourself but to come back to yourself if you’ve been feeling this… you’re not alone 🤍 DM me BODY for details or come join 🤍 4 days left of early bird tickets 🎫 📆 Saturday 16 May ⏱️11:30 - 2:30 PM ** New location : @soma.h0me 📍Soma H0me, Stoke Newington N16 9HP #bodytemple #cacaoceremony #soundjourney #ritualsounds #vocalactivation by @ritualsounds__
