Never underestimate the power of a simple conversation.

Two years ago, over a casual dinner conversation, @oceanofsynergy and I spoke about something we deeply believed in.

Not a business idea.
Not a grand plan.
Not a revenue model.

Just a simple intention.

To create a space where people could be themselves.

A space where they felt heard. Seen. Safe. Valued.

A space where they could meet their authentic self.

Today, as we reflected on the completion of 10 batches of Being YOU, I found myself going back to that conversation.

Neither of us knew what would unfold.

We only knew one thing.

What we had experienced in our own lives through self-discovery was too powerful not to be shared.

And so we began.

One batch. One conversation. One cohort at a time.

The journey of self-transformation is not easy.

In fact, before every batch begins, we tell participants one thing:

"This journey will be uncomfortable."

Because the more you discover yourself, the harder it becomes to ignore what you know.

There is no looking away.
No pretending.
No hiding.

And yet, there is something beautiful about that discomfort.

Because on the other side of it lies freedom.

When during our last review session, our participants surprised us with something that left both Sagar and me emotional.

As we watched their words, experiences, and reflections unfold, we realized something we had not paused to acknowledge.

Sometimes, when you are busy creating, you forget to see what has already been created.

What started as a conversation had become a community.

People from different professions, different cities, different country (yes we have gone global), different walks of life finding common ground in one thing:

The courage to be themselves.

Are our lives perfect?

No.

And we have never promised anyone a perfect life. What we promise is something different.

A chance to meet yourself honestly.

Because when you understand who you are and why you are here, life begins to feel different.

Today, my heart is filled with gratitude.

For it can inspire ✨️ and help someone find the power within...

I am Rangoli and I am living my moment.

I am happy and proud of the journey I have been through. This is a reminder, to not be sorry for living your dreams...

TEDxSBUP happened on 6th Dec 2025.
A closing even I did not know is coming.

When I started working on this idea and wanted to take it to the people out there. I was sure of one thing, I want to do it at TEDx.

Why? For isn't it all about ideas worth spreading

Why I felt it was worth? For it helped me and so many others I coached, trained and counseled.

Won't I be selfish to keep it with me.

The journey was not easy for it took me over an year to get to the stage but I feel it was meant to happen this way.

Starting from the wonderful hosting by @sbup.official a university that deepened my faith in education system to the esteemed set of co-speakers.

Right from being picked up from my home to being dropped back, everything was taken care of in a way that was beyond great.

And the stage- when I saw the organisers @the_rajkiran_pund sir and his team - how sincere they were about the whole show for it was not to just pull off another successful show but to create the right impact.

Room full of audience who were there to engage and evolve.

I thank Universe, my parents up there in the parallel universe, my well-wishers who made this journey possible.

@sbup.official looking forward to seeing many more events creating impact in your campus.

Thank YOU for this experience. It only leaves me to work more and create more impact.

Have you noticed care givers often getting ignored and then suffering emotionally.

The deal is real. While a person who might be suffering is taken care of. The one who is doing it all, often, is unseen.

They are that is everything is happening.
