Fresh off the runway for @ne_fashionweek and changed to masquerade mode in an on point @popilush dress and @burjushoes shoes under my favorite thrifted cream @anntaylor in time to miss the group photo but drop in for the Masquerade Rooftop happening with friends in Boston's South End. All the beautiful people at the beautiful place and then off to @teddysboston to catch the World Series. When invited to go to a classic pub for the afters while wearing a gown? Oh yes, its a must. Makeup by @oh_emg_hair held up and damn but @hairby_clare of @extensionarts has my hair in peak goddess mode style even when it's long day. Earrings by @analuisany . So... are we having fun yet?

This cacao is a Venezuela whole bean, and cut into chunks. Amazon did a crap job on delivering it, so I'd look for a way to get it direct, but this was a really smooth drinking experience. It's not grainy at all, and not a bitter blend . It is ceremonial grade if you're someone who's into making your cacao more ritualistic than a daily, theobromide experience with some beautiful magnesium highlights, which I happen to love for sleep, and then when I hit it with that raw milk from a New England farm (@brookfordfarm . I'm getting that calcium combo and magnesium for a great night sleep ahead. Take that well worked out muscles! Auditions at @lifetime.burlington were intense today and a great experience, plus I'd already done yoga at Winthrop Beach this morning (@savetheharbor , @bulldogflowboston , @namastaysober )

I know Botox works by freezing the muscles, and so I get the idea of the little bits of tape, freezing crows feet or eye lines or smile creases, and helping that not settle into fine lines. These were really interesting to try. What do you think? I'm off into the early morning sunrise for work and this is the newest addition to my supplement stack. I'm a big fan of saffron.
