my first online game jam, for the That Game Company 2025 Jam! Solarity was a beautiful world :] from the viz dev to backgrounds to the interactable character stories, I was in love and stressed out at the same time working on the art with my limited skills, especially with such capable people on the team elevating it in their own ways too! it was the perfect project to throw myself into after graduating to avoid the feeling of "What now"

being immersed in the world of Solarity through the game, the sights and sounds.. it's a project I'm very proud to have worked on even though I have a lot more to learn. many thanks to the team who believed in me and all those who played our game haha <3

now that the exhibition is over, I can share the bts and close-ups from a mascot commission for @basementportal! I'm happy with the final composition of this last piece, as it had the most dramatic potential out of the original sketches. I also appreciate the opportunity to have worked with @melcvfe again :) it's always a learning experience, and it was so cool to see the character framed on the other side of the world 🌎 taken in Harajuku, Tokyo（原宿） by @rivadarlin
