From Vancouver 🇨🇦to Seattle🇺🇸 For the first time Laura did a ride of more than 100km! Two days of cycling, the first was perhaps the hardest because it was the longest and we didn’t rest that much the night before, but we managed to complete before sunset at the first rest stop after more than 8hrs and 167km on the road. Our second day was more comfortable and before noon we had made it to the Grunge city of Seattle.

We rode 263km in just over 12hrs and 1198m+
So proud of you ❤️ @lahurtada_

A dream come true ❤️

Exactly 10 years ago, we started dating, and on our anniversary, we received the greatest gift in the world, our little Matthias.

UTMB Ultra Trail Whistler 🇨🇦

50km- 6hrs 40min - 2800m+

I always waited to run my first long-distance race at a special time and event. Being part of the UTMB World Series was spectacular. Being able to share kilometers with such experienced athletes and chat while we dealt with the cold was very motivating. I was able to achieve 20th place in my category organically, feeling good in terms of hydration and nutrition, just as I had imagined all these years.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team for the weekend. Thank you, @lahurtada_ for your unconditional support and motivation during the difficult times I’ve had ❤️
@cristhian.lagos11 thank you for the best advice on how to get through the race and for your company and friendship over the last year. By the way, congratulations on your well-deserved second place in the 100km, so inspirational to have the chance of seeing your process🔥

I finally ran my first trail race after 10 years of running in the mountains. These 10 years have taught me a lot and led me to a lifestyle where nature plays a very important role and i had the chance to practice different sports too. I’ve spent a lot of time alone out there, and also shared many amazing moments with Laura over the past few years.

On Saturday, I was invited by @cristhian.lagos11 to test—more than anything—my own ego, wanting to do something I might not have been fully prepared for, it’s been a very busy month. I have to admit, that was my biggest lesson from the weekend. I had to drop out at kilometer 20.

Congrats to @cristhian.lagos11 for his first place in his category and a solid 4th overall, even though he didn’t intend to compete 😅

Thank you @lahurtada for always being my unconditional support ❤️

@srobats Thanks for the photos that will forever remind me of my first trail race 🔥

And @coastmtntrail ill see you next year for this Fuc***Hell⚡️

One more attempt, climbing the mountain at night, preparing a vivac in the snow and waiting to see nature shining, dazzling us with colors and perplexed by the pulses that opened like explosions second after second.

Unforgettable.

First solo drop on the south face of Pump Peak, quite steep and icy. A challenge to get down in a controlled way but I did it in the end. I think the fear of heights is less and less and the confidence in the skis is much higher. Definitely a great day, also a wonderful sunset!
