A little fishing, a little patience, and memories with the family. Thank you, Cliff, for taking the time to teach them and making our day on the water so special!

Hello, friends and family! I’m honored to serve a one year term as President of NAHREP Las Vegas. Our installation celebration is October 29, 2026, and having you there would mean so much to me!

Come celebrate with us and meet our new board of directors, ready to serve our members and community.

Early bird tickets are only $25 through this Friday! Register through the link in my bio.

Thank you for your support. I’d love to see you there!

If you own a business or know one that could benefit from more exposure and foot traffic in 2027, I’d love to connect! We’re always looking for partners to help with sponsorships, venue spaces, and food for our events throughout the year.

Since this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and my term is only one year, I plan to document it all, the good, the bad, and everything in between. So bring your best smiles! I’d love for you to be part of these memories. My apologies in advance for spamming your timeline. 😬

A little clip through my eyes this week. As the incoming president for Las Vegas, it is nice to finally be reaching the end of my local activities and connect with new and familiar faces. I picked up ideas to grow personally, improve my business, help partners and bring back to the board.

Most importantly, I am having fun along the way! Grateful for the conversations, the laughs, and the memories. 🫡 taken in Bellagio Las Vegas by @riveraruben_

✨From dreaming about homeownership to officially holding the keys to their very first home. 🏡This is so much more than just a closing. It’s a huge milestone, a new chapter, and an accomplishment that will make an impact on their family for years to come. So grateful to have been a small part of this journey. There’s something incredibly special about watching someone you’ve walked alongside for months preparing for this moment… finally hold the keys to a dream they worked so hard for! ❤️🏡

This one is about so much more than buying a first home. It’s about a mother’s love, hard work, sacrifice, and determination to create something lasting for her daughter.
A home of their own. A place to feel safe, to grow, to dream, and to make memories. A foundation for the beautiful future she’s working so hard to give her.

As a Realtor, I may be there to guide my clients through the journey, but so often, they’re the ones who inspire me. Watching this incredible mom turn her goals into reality for herself and her daughter is one of those moments that reminds me why this work means so much to me.

Congratulations on your first home! May this be the beginning of everything you’ve been working toward. You did it! 🙏🏼🙌🏼❤️

People see the cameras, the microphones, and the podcast studio.

What they don’t see are the conversations that happen before someone makes one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.

We answer the questions our clients are already asking, break down the strategies that actually work, and give people the confidence to make informed decisions, whether they’re buying their first home, selling their family home, or building wealth through real estate.

As husband-and-wife partners, we’re building more than a business. We’re building a resource our clients can turn to long before they need an agent and long after the keys are handed over.

Because real estate isn’t just about transactions. It’s about trust, education, and having the right people in your corner when the stakes are high.

This is why we keep showing up. Not just to create content for the sake of content, but to create conversations that help our clients make smarter moves. taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @riveraruben_
