Mutton snapper ➡️ cleaned at Hawks Cay ➡️ fried to perfection. 🔥🎣

Caught this fish in the Florida Keys, cleaned and filleted it back at Hawks Cay Resort, then turned it into a crispy fish fry. Nothing beats a meal you catch yourself.
